Campground Rules and Information
Site Occupancy-
- Maximum site occupancy for single sites is 6 individuals.
- Fees are not transferable to other campsites unless approved by campground manager.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please do not operate generators, vehicles, audio equipment, talk loudly, or make noise that could interfere with those sleeping. Visitors who do not respect the rights of other campground visitors, or do not follow campground rules, may be asked to leave the campground without refund. No refunds for cancelations or groups asked to leave.
- Owners have the right to refuse any guest for any reason.
- Please make sure all vehicles, tents and equipment are contained within your site, assigned site spur or in designated parking areas.
Vehicle Rules–
- A vehicle is defined as any automobile, pickup truck, van, dune buggy, ATV, motorcycle, RV unit, bicycle, skateboard or camp trailer.
- All vehicles must be operable, insured, licensed and current.
- No recreational riding is allowed in the campgrounds.
- Speed limit for all vehicles is 5 mph.
- Vehicles are to remain on developed roads and designated parking areas, guest parking available.
- Pedestrians have the right of way at all times.
- All vehicles will travel in the direction of traffic.
- All drivers of ATVs/UTVs/Golf carts must be of legal age or accompanied by an adult.
- Campground is not responsible for any injury or accident.
Campsites-
- Personal/portable outside showers are not allowed within the campground.
- RV drain outlets must be capped at all times, including gray water.
- Pressure regulators are suggested for all campers.
- All sewer connections should be connected properly and off the ground at a proper incline to drain.
- There will not be any skirting allowed around the bottom of the camper.
- Decks are allowed but they shall not be longer than the camper is.
- No clothes lines allowed on sites.
- Small gardens allowed but must be approved by owners.
- No planting trees without permission from owners.
- Please conserve electricity and water when you are not using it.
- There will be a dumpster at the exit of the campground, please do not leave garbage out overnight.
- No fish cleaning in the campground. Please use fish cleaning stations near the marina(s). Please do not dispose of live bait at the campground.
Fires-
- To help prevent fires: campfires are only allowed within provided fire structures; and must be under control and attended at all times. Please fully extinguish fires and properly dispose of all burning materials when leaving site or going to sleep. Do not throw hot ash in trash cans.
- We ask that you respect any fire bans due to drought.
- All cigarettes, pipes and matches need to be fully extinguished and properly disposed.
- For safety reasons, fireworks, chainsaws, firearms, bows and arrows are prohibited within or near recreation areas.
Pets-
- Domestic pets are allowed for a fee. Pets must be on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets within the campground. Pets must be vaccinated.
- There are no fences or outside kennels allowed in the campground for pets, if they are out, they must be attended to.
